Responsibilities

 

Global Mobility & Immigration

? Collaborate with other departments, internal teams and agencies where appropriate to ensure that all Healthcare, Immigration, Life Insurance/Personal Accident, Pension, Share and Social Security aspects of the assignment are understood, communicated, documented and accurately processed to ensure compliance.

? Serve as liaison with home/host country HR and Management contacts: assists in host-country related project work (project start-up planning and assignment start-ups), cost models and estimate calculations, issue resolution, etc.

? Provides ongoing support throughout the assignment (e.g. emergency leaves, assignment status and family changes, educational matters, forced moves, etc.)

? Provides support at start/end (back-to-back, separation or repatriation) of assignment to facilitate timely deployment to new work location

? Authorize services from agencies and in-house service providers, ensures premier and high quality of service delivery

 

HRIS Management

? Coordinate assigned aspects of HR system related implementations at regional entities, including establishing project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones, identifying issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals

? Work with the appropriate business owners and project team to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.

? Develop and modifies new and/or existing HR reports. This would include gathering requirements from end-users, document requirements, and work with IT/external consultant on developing and testing of new reports

? Maintains HR documentation and communicates if there are any changes

? Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences

 

? 1+ years of HR related experience

? Bachelor degree or above

? Experience in global mobility work is a plus

? Proficient in both oral and written English

? Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure

? Good computer skills

? Self-starter and good team player

? Project management, organization, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

? Ability to work independent

? Direct report to HR Manager of Ops team

? Will be involved in HR projects and organization optimizing projects if you are the high potential candidate
