• 岗位职责：
  1、根据公司产品要求建立工艺开发体系和流程；
  2、参与研发设计阶段DFMEA 分析和高风险失效模式控制点改进措施提出和验证
  3、根据DFMEA分析，在试生产和小批量生产前主导跨部门小组的PFMEA失效模式分析，并根据RPN值的排序情况落实风险控制和改进措施；
  4、根据过程失效模式PFMEA的分析，完成控制计划CP和操作指导书WI的制定；
  5、与运营总监合作，在生产前对生产员工和质量检验人员培训，确保通过培训合格上岗；
  6、分析和解决生产中的缺陷，在平衡设备、工装夹具、操作工、零件及工艺前提下提出可行的解决方案并执行；
  7、根据生产情况和客户质量反馈，更新和优化产品工艺文件；
  8、计算生产定额、准确核算生产各工序制造成本；
  9、协同采购部门分析重要部件的加工成本和成本合理性，控制采购成本；
  10、参与现场5S和TPM管理，监督并执行；
  
  任职要求：
  1、全日制本科学历及以上，电子、机械或者机电一体专业；
  2、具有华为、汇川、施耐德等公司工作背景者优先；
  3、熟练使用Microsoft office、AutoCad，Pro E；
  4、熟悉ISO9001:2015，IATF16949:2016质量管理体系；
  5、参加过正规精益和工艺开发方面培训；
  6、具备吃苦耐劳的品质，能及时完成上级领导临时安排的相关工作。
