Installation Crew Leader

Based in ShenZhen, the Installation Crew Leader will report to the Senior Installation Manager (Shanghai), and be responsible for the South and WestChina regions.

工作区域位于深圳，安装领队将向上海安装经理汇报，并负责该区域。

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develops, leads and supports a team of retail fixture installers in the assigned territory

· Supervises the execution offixture installations across the region, managing team assignment schedules

· Integrates ongoing development and training of the team

· Provides immediate response to field requirements

· Communicates daily with the Senior Installation Manager

· Prepares daily reports documenting all steps of installation

· Evaluates and improves the efficiency of installation processes to facilitate execution and enhance quality

· Takes ownership of and full responsibility for allinstallations, from receipt of work order to flawless execution and reporting

· Maintains customer confidence by keeping installation information confidential

· Delivers 100% customer satisfaction on all jobs

主要工作职责：

1. 在授权的区域内发展、领导安装团队，并给予支持。

2. 在区域内监督安装的执行情况，管理整个团队的任务安排。

3. 将团队的发展和培训有效的结合起来。

4. 对领域内的需求能及时反应。

5. 每天与主管沟通工作进展。

6. 准备每天的报告和安装程序的记录。

7. 评估和改进安装的效力并提高质量。

8. 对所有的安装项目负起应有的责任，从接到项目到完美的执行工作并汇报。

9. 对客户的所有安装信息负有保密义务以维持客户的信心。

10. 每项工作力求做到客户百分百满意。

Essential Job Requirements:

· Crew supervisoryexperience

· Ability to develop and lead an installation team

· Capable of highly detailed reporting

· Prior hands-on experience in the construction,installation, maintenance and/or repair servicesfields

· Basic computer proficiency(Excel, Word) and report writing

· Ability to provide immediate response and maintain full focus on detail and quality

· Availability to attend/supervise off-hour and weekend installation projects

· Must be available to travel throughout REGION
