关键职责

一、HSE management

HSE管理

1. Assist HSE manager to implement ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system at site.

协助HSE经理建立ISO14001和OHSAS18001管理体系

2. Provide support on PASS (annual HSE improvement plan) drafting and completion on time at departmental level.

协助各部门年度PASS计划的制定和完成

3. Take the leadership on subcontractor HSE management at site, on daily operation and on civil work of construction project

负责日常生产及建筑施工项目中的分包商安全管理

4.Be involved in the investigation of incidents/accidents/near-misses and follow up corrective actions;

参与所有事故的调查及纠正措施的跟进

5.Be responsible for the environmental issue at site, including monitoring on WWTU(waste water treatment unit) operation, waste management and external environmental inspection

负责公司的环境管理事宜，包括对工业废水站的监管，垃圾分类管理及政府部门的环境检查

6.Assist the qualified subcontractor in the maintenance of fire-fighting facilities at site and keep the fire-fighting facilities on good status.

协助分包商对公司消防设施的维护保养，确保所有消防设施的有效性

7.Support HSE manager on the collection of HSE data and the report of HSE statistic.

支持HSE经理有关HSE数据的收集整理及汇报

8.Provide necessary first-aid service at site in case medical emergency

提供紧急情况下必要的医疗急救服务

二、Security activities

日常安保活动

1. Implement security technical and procedural measures with reference to the sanofi security guidelines, as part of a continuous improvement process (annual security plans);

根据赛诺菲安万特公司的安保指引，采取相应的安保措施，制定年度安保计划

2. Daily management on security facilities at site, such as CCTV, infrared barrier, fire-fighting alarm center and access control devices in order to make sure prompt recovery of system failure

负责公司安保设施，如摄像头、红外监控、消防中心及门禁系统的日常管理，确保此类设施出现故障时能及时排除

3. Support HSE manager to proceed with all security issues at site.

支持HSE经理在公司的所有安保活动

Requirement:

任职资格

1. At least bachelor diploma in safety engineering or other HSE-related discipline.

安全工程或其它HSE相关专业的文凭

2. Have a minimum of 3-5 years HSE management experience in an industrial plant. National certified safety engineer is preferred

3－5年工厂HSE管理经验。优先考虑国家注册安全工程师。

3. Fluent in spoken and written English

流利的英语说写能力

4. Good interpersonal skills. Able to maintain good relationships with other functions

与其它部门保持良好关系的人际交往能力

5. Responsible and conscientious. Able to work under stress
