工作职责Job Responsibility
1、 维持和谐劳动关系,按照公司流程处理内部员工投诉及建议,与外部相关接口部门协同处理劳动争议
Maintain good labor relation, handle employee complaints and suggestion align with process and handle law dispute with external interface
2、 负责员工手册及HR相关政策依据相应劳动法规更新,降低用工法律风险
In charge of employee handbook and related HR policies update to eliminate legal risk
3、 负责员工离职面谈,管理离职流程及劳动合同续签
Manage employee exit interview, termination coordinator and contract renew
4、 Assist internal and outside related CSR audit
协助公司内外部CSR 审核
5、管理内部沟通渠道并保持其有效性及多样性
Manage internal communications programs to enhance effective communication and diversify communication channels
6、组织公司级员工活动(年度体检项目\公司团建活动\家属卡访日\年终晚会等)
Organize company level employee activities (annual medical check, company teambuilding, family day, annual party event, etc)
7、制定员工俱乐部年度预算及负责审核费用开支,和俱乐部主席制定俱乐部活动方案
In charge of employee club annual budget release and program designs with the club chair
