职责描述：

? Prepare Monthly inventory report and Surplus report, proactively work with factory to monitor and improve working capital status and factory efficiency.

? Work as business partner for Sales Team in responsible region in China. Deliver weekly sales forecast and work closely with sales team on sales variance.

? Provide financial support to hotel channel team in terms of pricing or discount review. Lead monthly review on hotel AR status.

? Prepare monthly business review deck:

- P&L analysis and forecast. Provide deep analysis on key variances with action plan.

- Factory scorecard preparation.

- Operational expenses forecast and analysis.

? Review contract and payment request for responsible region;

? Prepare annual budget for responsible region;

? Conduct financial analysis for business promotion and various commercial cases and projects.

任职要求：

? Prefer work in Big 4, and at least above 3 years working experience;

? Additional experience from multi-national company will be a plus;

??? Good knowledge of finance analysis, reporting;

? Strong analytical skills, and strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting;

? CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;

? Strong interpersonal skills, proactive communication;

? Be proficient in English;

? Be proficient in Excel;

? Willing to learn and grow.

? College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related

? Graduated from 211 college
