1、开拓市场，寻找高品位的企业客户，分析客户需求，为企业提供办公地毯项目的销售方案

2、完成企业的办公地毯项目的商务洽谈，促进协议签署，促进项目正常开展及跟进项目

3、拜访本地知名的设计公司，与总包工程公司建立良好的关系

4、建立和维护目客户的客情关系，提升公司的品牌影响度，实现公司的发展目

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，男女不限，工作年限不限，市场营销、建筑设计或工商管理相关专业佳；

2、有建材、家具、工程管理、设计或装修公司相关经验者优先；

3、拥有一定的市场及社会，良好的客户公关、销售谈判、客户关系维护能力；

4、具有较强的人际交往能力和较高的谈判技巧；

5、形象气质佳，能承受挫折，吃苦耐劳。

薪酬待遇：

薪酬组成：底薪+提成=综合月薪

工作时间：5天8小时工作制
