Overview:

Qualifications:

1. Over 1 year experience handling foreign trade logistic/forwarding relevant document operating / prepare customs related document

2. Colleage degree of International Trade or Logistics(optional)

3. Good oral and written English communication skills

4. Good at using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

5. Self-motivated, Careful, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Purchase order Processing in system (training after hired)
2. To create export documentation and ensure follow up with customer designated freight forwarder for custom clearance verification per shipment.
3. Collecting the shipment data into a spreadsheet
4. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
