岗位职责:

This position on BU Asia FP&A Team and will be focused on both financial planning and analysis and the creation and implementation of FP&A processes to better manage the drivers of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance.
We are looking specifically for a candidate that has the ability to advance further in our finance organization after demonstrating strong results in this role.

? Creates financial plans such as the Annual Operating Plan, the Three Year Plan and monthly/quarterly Forecasts
? Assists executive management with monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory, capital, and head count through comparison of actual results to forecasts
? Communicates clear, concise and accurate assessment of financial performance with all internal customers from sales and operation.
? Identifies gaps to financial goals and prioritize actions
? Optimizes & in some cases builds from scratch FP&A processes connecting business unit operations to corporate financial reporting
? Coordinates development and maintenance of consistent reporting tools to build, monitor, report, and communicate operational and financial metrics across organization
? Important support hand to sales team to deliver and track sales performance, optimize the workflow between sales and finance. Ensure the data quality and efficiency.
? Close monitor cash collection and other sales controlling related matters also a key person for process approver
? Work with plant finance managers closely and timely to give trouble shooting, standardization and action tracking related with financial reporting, analysis and planning.
? Coach team members to fulfill and prioritize tasks timely and correctly.

任职资格:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Strong sense of accountability and ownership
? Accuracy and precision in all matters of presenting and reporting data
? Thorough understanding of Financial Systems and Reporting
? Ability to lead, influence, build consensus and work effectively in cross functional teams
? Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, process building, and project management skills
? Advanced database and excel knowledge/ skills, proficient in PowerPoint
? A proven track record of reporting and utilizing financial information to drive business performance
? A team player with open mind, quick action follow-up, strong hands-on skills

Qualifications
? BS in finance or other quantitative degree, MBA preferred but not required
? 7+ years of business/ finance related experience in a business or FP&A environment
? Sales analysis and controlling experience is also a must.
? Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to create and build strong teams
? Knowledge of SAP process and BI/BW module is a plus.
? Experience with financial systems (e.g. JDE, HFM, Hyperion, etc.) is helpful
? Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
