岗位职责：

1.根据公司对绩效管理要求，协助领导制定并完善公司绩效管理制度，优化绩效流程；

2.建立公司绩效考核指标体系，在部门领导的指引下全面实施、推行公司考核制度，并对各部门绩效评价过程呢，进行监督控制。

3.根据公司组织机构及各岗位职责，编制各岗位绩效考核表。
