• 岗位职责：
  1、负责公司重大的投资、融资、并购等经营活动，对上述经营活动进行风险评估和控制；
  2、建立并维护公司财务管理体系和内控体系，对公司的资金运作进行总体控制；
  3、参与公司重大战略问题决策，为公司提供财务角度的分析和建议；
  4、与银行、财政、税务等相关部门建立良好关系。
   
  任职资格：
  1、本科以上学历，财务相关专业；
  2、在投融资领域经验丰富，有成熟融资渠道优先；
  3、10年以上财务工作经验，有银行或大型投资公司高层经验优先；
  4、熟悉国家相关的财税法律法规，熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务管理制度流程；
  5、具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神；
  6、有国内IPO相关经验优先;
  7、年龄35至50岁。
