SUMMARY OF PURPOSE/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Promotion activity
推广工作
Visit the POV CDC healthcare providers of the territory to promote the product features and benefits of our vaccines in compliance with our promotion guidelines and company policy.
按照公司政策及推广方针,拜访所在地区疫苗接种点的疾病控制中心医疗保健机构,推广公司疫苗产品。
Collect field & customer information, update it and report it into CRM system in line with our promotion policy. When necessary report information to Associate District Manager on time.
按照公司推广政策的规定,收集该地区及客户的信息,随时更新,记录在公司的客户关系管理系统中。如有必要,及时向助理地区经理汇报这些信息。
Bring support to cash collection when requested (Reps outside of L1 cities).
按照公司的要求协助回款(一线城市外的医学信息沟通代表)

Develop professional relationship with increasing number of customers using professional communication skills on a way that is compliant with promotion guidelines & company policy.
按照推广方针及公司政策,使用专业的沟通技巧,与数量不断增加的客户发展业务关系
Use as often as possible promotional product material to convey effectively the product messages in accordance with the marketing strategy.
按照市场营销策略,尽可能多地使用推广性产品材料,有效传达产品信息。
Routinely service and follow up with customers on product practices.

在直接主管(上级经理)的指派下,为新加入公司的医学信息沟通代表提供销售技巧方面的指导
Help young generation med Information reps on territory promotion planning and following up when assigned by the line manager.
在直接主管(上级经理)的指派下,帮助新加入公司的医学信息沟通代表制定区域推广计划及进行随访。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales performance:
销售工作
Do your best efforts to achieve the product sales target assigned to your territory in a manner consistent with product priorities of the cycle plan and company guidelines.
根据周期计划中的产品优先排序及公司方针,全力完成指派地区的产品销售目标。
Territory & resource management:
地区及资源管理
Manage effectively customers portfolio and corresponding information as well as field activity:
-Report call activity and update the customer information in the CRM in line with promotion guidelines
-Ensure consolidated field information feedbacks to line manager when necessary or when required (competitive information…)
-Organize activity through call scheduling in order to allocate the most effectively your time on the field
a. compliant with promotion policy.
b. Adapted to sales goal achievement
c. Optimizing the geographic on your territory
有效管理客户资料、相关信息以及该地区的活动
- 根据推广方针,汇报拜访客户的活动,更新客户关系管理系统中的客户信息。
- 在有需求的情况下,整理地区信息反馈,并汇报给部门经理(如:竞争信息…)
- 保证在该地区充分地分配时间,按以下方式利用拜访日程表组织工作:
a. 符合推广政策
b. 调整活动,有助于实现销售目标
c.优化所在地区的区域管理
-Manage your allocated resource in the most cost effective way: promotional material, PDA, budget, phone....
- 以最有效的方法管理所分配的资源:推广材料,PDA,预算以及电话等。

REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
-College degree or above in medicine or related field.
医药或相关行业大学本科或以上学历
-High responsibility, good record in sales and moral.
高度的责任感,良好的销售业绩及职业道德
-Good competence in Customer service, Learning and Self Motivation.
良好的客户服务能力,善于学习及自我激励
-Good competence in Communication Skill
