Requirements:
Degree or above in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering
Min 10y practical experience with B2B
Novelties Project Management experience
Strong Partner Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management experience
Budget/Forecasting strategy Management experience
Capacity planning strategy managment experience
Costing analysis and strategy managment experience
Negotiating & Influencing skills
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English is a must
Willigness to travel (Asia, Europe) frequency travel 10-15 time per year out of home town


Responsibilities
Business activites with the key suppliers in Asia
Negotiations and maintaining a smooth relationship
Business Contracts, insurance and Code of conduct handling and negotiations
Supply and business risk management
Drive supplier's performance tracking
Forecasting and planning strategy negotiations
Production cost and overhead cost break down negotiation and costing strategy management
