About the role

Expected to apply project management skills and practices and that drive results for store growth and remodel projects. Coordinate with Project Managers of Store Growth to manage and track results of multiple projects in a region with responsibility for coordinating efforts between Store Operations partners, various vendors and all levels within the Field Organization. Proactively works with HQ and Field business partners to identify opportunities to execute and deliver on-time, flawless new store openings and other assigned projects.Supports Store GrowthSr. Managers, GMs and DMs in store-level execution of Store Growth projectsapproved including new openingemodelelocation/closure/conversion and so on.

What you'll do

• Supports Store GrowthSr. Managers, GMs and DMs in store-level execution of Store Growth projectsapproved including new openingemodelelocation/closure/conversion and so on.

• Initiate andmanage the Projects Milestone Timeline to keep all relative business partnersaware of dates and changes.

• On-sitesupport and coordination for the Field teams in the execution of new storeopenings.

• Developrelationships with HQ BPs and Upper Field leaders.

• Managemultiple Strategic growth projects as needed, which could include new storeopenings, store closures, store relocations, remodels or other relativeprojectsacross multiple brands andstore formats.

• Partner with OperationsExcellence team to update and maintain best practice improvements for all newstores.

• Report dailyand weekly status recaps for all strategic growth initiatives under theirresponsibility to New Store Growth Project Manager, Field and Store leaders ofthe projects.

• Coordinate thelogistics of relative store supplies with Store Operations team for theprojects as appropriate.

• Additional tasksassigned by Store Growth Leaders within Store Operations.

• Travel across GreaterChina is required for site visits and on-the-ground support during projects.

• When notperforming a growth project, this position will be based in office for ProjectsOptimism (such like Milestones update, Projects Analysis and Summary) and otherStore Operations projects that are assigned by Store Operations head.

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required
• New Store openings experience in retail store environment preferred
