Job Description
1. QA Supervisor.
2. Reporting to the R&D and QA manager (foreigner).
3. Manage a small QA department, with 10 employees.
4. Responsible for managing the company QC team.
5. Responsible for managing QE and SQE.
6. Responsible for After Sales Complaints and failure analysis.
7. Personally responsible for handling the company Quality Systems (ISO-9000, etc.).
8. Instructing the different departments on issues related to Quality.

Job Requirements
1. Knowledge and proven experience of Quality Management methodology.
2. Experience in working in a multi-national company.
3. English Reading/Writing/Speaking, capable of holding conversations with foreigners.
4. Computer skills (Windows, Office).
5. ERP System experience is an advantage.
6. Capable of preparing reports for management (Daily, Monthly, Yearly).
7. Knowledge and experience in monitoring ISO-9000 Quality System.
8. Previous experience of 5 years in QA department, including experience in managing people.

上班时间：一周五天八小时工作制
