Our client is a fast growing US company in Medical Device industry. 

Responsibilities:
Support Sourcing Manager in implementing long term global sourcing strategies and ensure executed in a timely matter.
Develops industry/market trend analysis, competitive situations, commodity price trends, and supply/demand situations for assigned spend categories.
Understand and incorporate business requirements for assigned spend categories into vendor relationships and business practices and act as the owner of the relationship and interaction with assigned vendor base.
Responsible for cost negotiation with secondary suppliers
Conduct cost analysis to continue strive for best cost while maintaining highest level of quality, reliability and service.
The escalation window of operation team as when critical or urgent issue.
Closely communicate with Product Management team(US), ensure program ramp up per schedule.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field required
Minimum 5-8 years solid experience in sourcing
Good command of English in both oral and writing
Good communication and negotiation skill
