Job Description:

Operation processing

-Perform routine operation support including billing, benefit and insurance documentation, data entry and reports generation, etc. for off-shore clients with built-in system or manual tool

-Manage tasks to meet deadline and quality

Client and vendor communication

-Address clients (from client HR or individual employees of clients) enquiries regarding benefit administration through phone or e-mail

-Communicate with clients or external vendor to request, relay or clarify information

Other roles

-Interact with internal consultants or client managers to address clients' ad-hoc or new benefit administration requests

-Participate in various team projects to streamline operation process and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or plus, preferably majoring in Insurance or English

-At least 1 year experience in operations, administration or data analysis functions

-Experience in the area of life or medical insurance claim/broking services is an advantage

-Self motivated and able to work independently

-Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Strong communication skills and customer service skills

-Fluent in written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
