职位描述
1.负责日常合同和法律文件的起草、审核与谈判；
2.负责交易平台法律法规调研和研究分析；
3. 负责为业务合规运营提供法律支持；
4. 协助国内和海外纠纷诉讼等法律事务处理；
5. 协助管理外部律所资源；
6. 领导交办的其他法律事务工作。
任职资格条件：
1. 法学本科及以上学历，通过国家司法考试；
2. 至少4-5年以上法律事务工作经验；
3. 优秀的英文书面及口头表达能力，能以英文作为工作语言。
