Marketing Manager (TPR + EPR + Events + Promotions)

Responsibilities:

 

1. To assist Marketing Associate Director to develop business objectives, marketing strategies and relevant execution plans, compile annual budget and monitor quarterly forecast, reconcile monthly expenditure to ensure all milestones are achieved；

2. To conduct regular market research and collect market intelligence data on third parties’ campaign, consumers’ behavior and advertising trend with recommendations and action plans；

3. To develop and conduct monthly events and promotions plan encompassing pre-opening, grand opening and post-opening periods;

4. To source and involve strategic partners from art and culture, lifestyle and entertainment, commercial and NGO industries in thematic events, tactical promotions, VIP program and casual leasing plan；

5. To plan and execute all types of media events, including but not limited to senior management interview, familiarization tour, media gathering and cooperation event；Build up Crystal Plaza media database and maintain a good relationship with all media types. 

6. To connect and engage tenants and agencies in thematic events, tactical promotions, VIP program and casual leasing plan;

7. To establish and nurture a rapport relationship with both retail and office tenants;

8. Any other ad hoc assignments delegated by Superior. 

   Requirements:

1. Degree holder in marketing or other relevant disciplines;

2. At least 8-10 years of marketing experience in international / boutique PR and event agency, production house or fashion media;

3. Excellent third party resources and strong bargaining skills;

4. Excellent written and verbal language skills in both English and Chinese;

5. Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT etc. Additional desktop skill is a plus;

6. Demonstrate creative thinking, strategic planning, and people management skills, and able to work under tight resources and timelines;

7. Show passion, responsibility, mature personality and a good team player.
