Our client is a leading brand in Automation Industry with HQ in German.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the commodity technology road map aligning business requirements with supplier capabilities.
Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology.
Negotiate price, Incoterm, payment terms according to corporate purchasing policy
Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, cost and quality improvements.
Maintain personal knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures, technical improvements and competitive landscape.
Support Sourcing Manager to formulate and implement commodity sourcing strategy .

Key Requirements：
Bachelor Degree
Above 5years working experience as sourcing under Manufacturing industry.
Engineering background is preferred.
Effective communication skill in both oral and written English.
Strong negotiation skill ,Familiarity with world-class sourcing methods and tools.
