As part of a dynamic customer focused team, you will be responsible for providing first support and info gathering on all issues reported; attempt to solve by phone, or arrange a Service Technician to travel to customer, follow up and coordinate on all necessary activities until full resolution of the issue.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide phone/email support to Customers/Husky Sales Area Managers/ Service Technicians
? Logging the incidents in the after-sales database (BaaN LN)
? Coordination of all follow-up activities which are required to solve the individual request
-Ordering parts to be arranged by Spare Part Team
-Arranging Service Engineers to customers for the next day
-Escalating complex cases to SIF (Service Product Specialist)

Qualifications:

?Engineering degree, ideally in plastics or in mechanics, or an equivalent experience preferred in injection molding

? Customer-focused attitude

? Excellent coordination skills (will handle many small and various tasks in a day)
? Analytic skills to help on troubleshooting issues
? Strong knowledge of Husky Hot Runner products (Single Drops, Hot Runner, Controllers)
-Knowledge in plastic injection and processing is considered a plus
-Knowledge in machine and auxiliaries is considered a plus
? Confident with Computers tools:
-Outlook and Excel is a must
-PowerPoint is a plus
-BaaN or BaaN LN is a plus
? The position may require occasional travel to customers in China East region
? Good initiative, team spirit
? Fluent in Chinese
? Good reading/writing English (for email communication)
