Responsibilities

? Facilitate Zound product and sales training in China/HK according to Zound training and content guidelines for our Partners, such as Distributors, Retailers and other external partners.

? Work together with Global Training in creating and/or adapting training content and assets for the local market, such as translations and formats, and attend global T3’s.

? Work together with the Trade Marketing manager to plan training events and to setup training operations in the local market.

? Continuously keep our Partner’s trainers up-to-date with information and conduct local T3’s following product launches and Global T3’s.

? Conduct store visits for field activities, such as assessing in-store execution of displays and products, collect feedback from store staff and customers, conduct demonstrations, follow-up on sales performance and campaigns etc.

Requirement

? Above at least 3 years training or retail operation experience

? University or above

? Excellent PPT and excel skill

? English - Good in reading and oral and excellent in writing

? Flexible for national business trip

? Shooting or video editing skill is an asset

? Working experience of electronic & audio products is a plus
