Job Description:
- Contribute to excellence in the daily financial management, coordinate with Customer Service Team for the AR, AP Activities and customer credit management.
- Enable to Assist the monthly report and business analysis report, forecast and budget preparation.
- Prepare the accounting entry, monthly balance sheet review
- Handle the HK and PRC AR, AP
- Assist to analyze actual performance, quarterly review forecast, and budget preparation
- Oracle master data creation, and control; customer credit management
- Help to developing and enforcing internal control procedures
- Involve in system migration, workflow streaming and other IT related projects
- Perform other ad hoc assignments
Knowledge And Skills:
- University graduate in accounting, finance, or equivalent is preferable ,
- 3 years working experience in accounting
- System experience within Oracle is a preferred
- Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong anlytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
