Associate Account Director

Department: Account Service

Location: Shenzhen

Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities：

1. Develop a good relationship with client to serve as a trusted consultant.

2. Control and management of respective client’s daily jobs such as taking client brief, debrief, work with creative team for creative work delivery.

3. Maintain regular sales call with key clients; proactively offer and implement new ways to meet clients’ needs.

4. Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and their competitive environments, and help foster such development among junior staff.

5. Troubleshoot clients problems as they arise; seek senior management input whenever appropriate.

6. Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in events management or brand communcations.

2. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment, working under pressure juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

3. Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team primarily and independently when needed.

4. Highly skilled in building and managing project schedules and timelines.

5. Ability to oversee programs through project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

6. Excellent English skills in both writing and spoken.
