2、通过分析各种渠道数据指标，制定策略提升用户新增数量；

3、挖掘社群用户需求，制定并完善社群运营规则，整合公司内外部资源，打造高粘性社群；

4、负责社群氛围的营造，促进优质内容分享和沉淀；

5、定期整理社群运营数据和用户反馈，总结运营经验，作出相应的调整改进方案，推动内容、活动和拉新的流程和标准。

6、建立有效的用户激励制度和成长体系，制定社群运营管理制度，促进用户持续产出内容，收集整理用户反馈，进行深度分析。

任职资格：

1、擅长用户关系营销（裂变营销）；

2、1年以上网络营销工作经验，有互联网产品GrowthHacker相关运营经验；

3、热爱增长黑客的工作，熟知AARRR模型，涨粉套路你都懂（或者大部分懂），并且有成功案例；

4、有很好的研究能力，能通过各种案例复盘与公众号分析独立探索出运营的提升方案；

5、要有很高的执行力，能够适应多线程作业，多个手机、多个平台同时工作不会手忙脚乱；

6、了解怀孕妈妈群体，有一定的文案功底善于故事性文案。
