您的主要工作是作为软件开发团队的测试工程师，但当客户使用我们的机器人遇到问题时，您需要为客户提供技术支持。您也可能需要前往客户所在地，与我们的实施团队一起协助客户部署我们的机器人系统。

职责：

• 为软件项目设计测试计划，执行测试用例;
• 在JIRA系统中记录并备档所有问题及支持事件;
• 确保达到《技术支持规范》中的规定，满足和交付所有服务级别协议（SLA）;
• 调查软件应用程序或硬件的问题，诊断根本原因，识别已知错误;

岗位要求：

• 学士或硕士学位毕业；
• 3年以上的软件测试经验；
• 有软件/网页程序的测试用例开发或使用的实际工作经验；
• 有使用测试和缺陷管理工具的经验（例如，JIRA，Selenium，TestComplete）
• SQL疑问开发经验；
• 良好的英语阅读和写作能力；
• 愿意改变工作时间以适应提供技术支持的要求；

具备以下条件将优先录用：

• 编写自动化测试套件脚本的经验；
• 良好的英语口语能力；
• 仓库管理系统（WMS）工作经验

Primary role will be as a test engineer in the software development teams.  Second you will provide level 1 technical support to customers when they encounter issues using our robots in the field.  You may also travel to the customer site to join the implementation teams deploying our robotic systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software projects;
• Log and document all defects or support incidents within our JIRA ticketing system;
• Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support specifications;
• Investigate problems with software applications or hardware, diagnose root causes, identify known errors;

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• 3+ years experience software testing experience
• Hands on experience to develop and execute test cases for software/web applications
• Experience with Test and Defect Management Tools (eg, JIRA, Selenium, TestComplete)
• Experience developing SQL queries. 
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Flexibility to shift working time to cover support schedule

Preferred

• Experience in scripting automated test suites(eg. . 
• Strong English speaking skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
