Requirement:

-Bachelor degree with major in HR, Administration, English, business management or relevant

-Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of HR, ADM, Secretary or relevant

-Good communication and presentation, good interpersonal skills, well organized and logical thinking, good numeric sense

-Good command of oral and written English and computer skills, working experience with expatriates will be a plus

Job Description:

Expatriation Administration:

-Responsible for work permit and visa application

-Work close with Administration department in housing, schooling, wherever is needed

Performance Management:

-Provide supports to Line Managers in the performance management processes

-Support Line Managers to manage underperformance

Communication:

-Support management to conduct employee communication sessions

-Translation

-Co-ordinate in conference organization

Manage Mobility:

-Monitor the employees domestic relocation across Coats BUs
