岗位职责：

1、Advocates of consultative selling strategies, focusing on integrated solutions and idea-driven activations to maximize the deal size

咨询式销售策略的倡导者，注重整体解决方案和创意驱动的活动，以最大限度地扩大交易体量。

2、 Primarily tasked to grow Corporate Secretarial, Cross Border listing and Family Office services sales revenue for the region

主要负责发展公司秘书服务、跨境上市服务和家族办公室服务在该地区的销售

3、 Execute leads generation and manage healthy pipelines by doing weekly forecast and reports

通过每周预测和报告发展潜在客户生成和管理健康的渠道

4、 Review and identify growth opportunities of overall business, and deploy sounding action plans quarterly and annually.

审核并确定整体业务的增长机会，并制定每季度和每年度健全的行动计划。

5、 To explore sales opportunities within the territory to meet annual sales and profit targets.

探索区域内的销售机会，以达到年度销售和利润目标。

6、To take lead on client pitches and negotiations and own client accounts, provide consultative solutions and manage post sale services.

主导客户推介和谈判，管理客户账号，提供咨询解决方案，管理售后服务。

7、To foster and maintain a strong working relationship with existing and prospective clients.

· To work closely with all members of China team to help create a dynamic and passionate team that works coherently to fulfill the team targets.

任职要求：

1、 Strong business acumen and highly result-oriented

较强的商业头脑和高度的结果导向思维

2、 Effective business leader with strong understanding of local and regional media landscapes

3、 4+ years experiences in client-serving roles in the fields of sales/ legal, tax landscape

4年以上销售、法律、税务领域客户服务经验

4、Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial negotiation

较强的商务谈判技巧和经验

· Evidence of substantial account management skills

具有丰富的客户管理技能

· Strong experience in forecasting and budgeting sales

有丰富的销售预测和预算经验

· Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team and collaborate with multi-functional units.
