Responsibility:

• Independently develop national account plan, identify new opportunities of learning solutions and develop them from start to closure, including coordination of Mercer’s proposal process.

• Effectively partner with Mercer other LOB’s client network and MMC operating companies to achieve the sales target;

• Exhibit strong discipline on managing personal pipeline and ensuring that the pipeline remains fresh and relevant.

• Build and manage relationships with external partners, including industry associations, HR clubs, chambers and publications for channel sales opportunities

• Lead Learning project delivery as project manager, key responsibilities include designing solutions, controlling project budget, coordinating team resource and managing client relationship

• Organize and execute marketing activities for assigned learning products/solutions cross China

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferred

• Five or more years of relevant solution sales experience, training or consulting industry experience required.

• Successful business to business sales experience (professional services preferred)

• Successful experience selling to executive/senior level employees
