Responsbilities:

1.Work with Geodis Solution team and client to determine inventory safety stock level at the hub(s) and country warehouse based on install base, usage, fall out rates, re-order lead time etc;

2.Setup the parameters in GeoFlow to manage inventory safety stock and location;

3.Regularly analyze inventory levels to ensure each country locations maintain its safety stock level(s). Rebalance the inventory across countries if needed;

4.Prepare replenishment request report shows EI part numbers that need to be reordered and quantities to reorder;

5.Perform analysis on backorder, identify the reasons of shortage, and provide recommendation to management on inventory rebalancing;

6.Prepare regular report on parts usage, inventory list, inventory amount, reconciliation report etc. as appropriate;

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in logistics is preferred;

2.At least 5 years experiences in logistics field;

3.Adaptability,client focus,drive to achieve;

4.Taking ownership,commitment to the business;

5.Teamwork and collaboration ,good communication skills;

7.Fluent, business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin;

8.Inventory management /Trade compliance experience is a plus.
