岗位职责

1、有1年以上的淘宝网网店营销与推广及其投放经验；

2、熟悉淘宝店铺运作模式，精通直通车、淘宝客、淘宝帮派、社区及淘宝内部活动；

3、熟练掌握软文、交换链接、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其他特殊的推广方式；

4、具有优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力；

5、有团队精神，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，善于学习，有良好的职业道德，能承受较强工作压力，有强烈的责任感；

6、对微博、微信等营销渠道有一定的了解，有丰富经验者优先。

任职资格

1、有两年以上淘宝、天猫店长（主管）经验，了解京东等第三方电子商务平台；

2、有网店工作经验，尤其是从事过知名品牌运营管理的人员优先考虑；

3、熟悉淘宝、天猫规则、活动策划，推广工具（直通车等）的优化；

4、责任心强，能主动学习，善于沟通；

5、具备较强的创新与市场分析、营销、推广能力，分析与解决问题的能力。
