Job Description


The Mechanical Design Manager will be based in Shenzhen Shiyan Site.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Lead product development programs from initial concept to mass production and everything in between Oversee resources budgeting, allocation, review and approval.
Track projects and progress through regular reviews.
Develop control systems, reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments are met.
Participate in product architecture and feasibility technical reviews.
Provide assist and guidance in the development of product designs from proposal to delivery.
Provide technical support to customer and Sales team.
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and
motivated workforce.
Provide technical leadership to Hardware and Software Engineering & Design teams.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):


Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Over 6 years’ experience in developing specific commodity of appliance products that
use motors, pumps, filters; heating & cooling elements; finish materials & mechanicals; portable power.

Very good understand of injection moulding, sheet metal, die casting and electronics.
Interpersonal and communication skill and Good command of English
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Genba Kaizen and micro motor assembly process is an advantage
Leadership exposure; able to work under pressure
