职责描述：
1、负责建立和完善中心的人力资源相关工作，包括人员招聘、培训、考？、绩效考核、劳动关系等； 2、熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，根据本公司发展的实际需要，完善各项规章管理制度并监督落实；
3、负责制订公司岗位编制，协助公司各部门有效地开发和利用人力，满足公司的经营管理需要；
4、制定深圳分公司年度人力资源预算，成本控制；
5、负责公司员工社会保险、劳动合同等相关工作；
6、中心固定资产的管理；
7、办公用品等物料采购及管理；
8、行政办公会议组织以及员工活动安排。

任职要求：
-热爱教育事业；
-大专以上学历，3至5年全盘人力资源及行政工作经验；
-具有开放的心态、积极乐观；
-沟通协调能力强，具有较强的团队合作精神；
-良好的谈判能力和管理能力；
