职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Provide professional advises on engineering & manufacturing functions for improving in product development;
-Formulate standards & procedures for Quality system for the company and drive implementation to vendor;
-Provide quick failure analysis and follow-up on corrective actions;
-Lead and manage the quality team and drive for continuous improvement;
-Liaise with customers with quality related matters;
-Drive vendor quality management including factory compliance audit and appraisal.
Requirements:
-Degree in Quality Management / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
-5 years plus solid managerial experience in quality management gained from sporting manufacturing company;
-Knowledge of toys requirements as CPSIA,ASTM F-963,EN-71,RoHS;
-Mature,analytical thinking,systematic and problem solving skills;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Fluent in English,Cantonese & Putonghua;
-Based in Shenzhen Futian Office.
