1. Responsibilities

1) Estabilish and maintain the pharmacovigilance system, to ensure compliance and conformance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements in China mainland, Hongkong and United States.

2) Collection, review and reporting of individual case safety reports (ICSRs), obtained from all sources (e. g. spontaneous, solicited, clinical trials related activities, local HealthAuthorities, etc.), for marketed products in China,HongKong and United Status according to related regulations and internal SOPs.

3) Detect and report AEs from Local and foreign Scientific Literature.

4) Track AE cases and perform case follow-ups & reconciliation as needed. 

5) Prepare/Update PSUR and other reports (eg, annual reports, safety reports for post-marketing product re-registration) and ensure timely reporting to Health Authorities.

6) Provide pharmacovigilance training to internal and external persons as needed. 

7) Prepare and treat the official pharmacovigilance inspection as needed.

8) Oversight outsourcing pharmacovigilance service and suppliers when needed. 

9) Pay close attention to new pharmacovigilance regulation, guidance and instruction.

10) Provides drug safety support as needed for licensing activities, regulatory authorities inspections and other projects.

11) Execute risk management plan for company products as needed and coordinate with related departments to implement it.

12) Complete Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor

2. Qualifications

Academic Background

? Bachelor degree or above in Medical or pharmaceutical related fields.

Experience

? At least 3-years working experience with regarding medical/clinical/drug safety in pharmaceutical company.

? Knowledge of pharmacovigilance relevant regulations (China Mainland, Hong Kong, United Status etc.) .

? Technical expertise on pharmacovigilance and clinical safety.

? Familiarity with pharmacovigilance software is preferred.

? Good coordination and communication skills and independent thinking and analytical skills.

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

? Can work independently under pressure and able to meet tight deadline.
