Responsibilities:

  

• The UX Specialist derives the usability requirements of interactive systems (hardware and software) in a qualified and methodical manner, implements them or supervises their implementation.

• Collection of usage contexts, deriving of usage requirements

• Conception of the interaction between human and system, structuring and presentation of action-specific information

• Implementation of usability inspections (without users) and usability tests (with users)

• Defining, implementing and maintaining of user-friendly development processes

• Basis for UX Specialist's activities are international norms for usability of interactive systems and their design process (ISO 9241) as well as an up-to-date and published expertise\

• Using qualitative and quantities methodology to analyze customer requirements

• lead requirements and product conceptual design discussion

• Define design guideline, and design user interaction flow and visual material for digital products

• Work together with development team to ensure product delivery in highly quality standard

   

   

  Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in UI/UX design working experience with presentable products

• Good understanding of design theory and methodology

• Can transfer customer requirements into product concept with functional analysis, persona design, feasibility study and prototype design

• With independent understanding of mobile internet product and the trends

• Excellent team communication and cooperation skills

• Well versed UI/ UX design skills will be a plus
