Job Requirement:
· Functional requirements
· Degree in business management or equivalent gained by experience
· Key skills
· Above 3 years experience in business analysis, reporting and making presentation for managers
· Very strong analytical skills
· Business minded approach to problem solving
· Desire to take big responsibility
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to question and follow-up
· Fluent English language skills
· Excellent user of MS Excel, Access, PPT
· Basic understanding of Finance, economics or business administration is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
· Sales Forecast
· Working with regional sales manager and sales head, to develop the right processes, systems and tools to generate a product family level based forecast with potential future expectations
· Deploy optimal techniques to improve forecast accuracy at product family level
· Put in place a rigorous expectations management process to highlight issues, define solutions based on root cause analysis and identify and resolve systemic issues
· Partner with finance to align the financial budgeting and forecasting targets with operational targets and forecasts
· Business Analysis
· Provide sound information and analysis to support management decision-making focusing on business performance, efficiency, profitability and cost management
· Perform monthly review and explaining actual results compare to budget, prior year and forecast in different dimensions
· Develop visualized deep report for major account management team
· Perform ad hoc business analysis to support business initiatives
· Data Mining
· Extract data from Enterprise Data Warehouse
· Collect and structure raw data and reference table for quick assembly
· Act as a system trainer to ensure that internal users are well equipped with system knowledge
· Customer Experience
· Contribute to the roll out of actions aimed at embedding the BU strategy and tactics in the area of Customer · Experience
· At any time and any where perform the activities and display the behaviours that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. These activities and behaviours are highlighted in the "Delighting Customers" core competency and in any additional Customer Experience behavioural guideline applicable to the role
· Through coaching and monitoring encourage and improve employee adherence to these activities and behaviours
