Shenzhen team is in charge of the development and industrialization (R&D, quality, sourcing, procurement) of luxury mobile phones.

In view of our continued business expansion in Hong Kong, China and Asian market, we are recruiting the position of Quality Operator.

Position is based in Shenzhen – Lohu and is opened for staff with experience and fluent in English, willing to work in multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections to parts, subassemblies or finished goods according to the well-defined criteria using standard for cosmetic, mechanical and electrical measurements.

· Conduct and document process and system audit using written procedures as audit standards.

· Accurately document the results of the inspection and testing.

· Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

· Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.

· Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.

· Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.

· Work with production management team and quality assurance team to provide feedback to assemblers regarding the accuracy of assembly procedures.

· Review Device History Records and other documentation to ensure in compliance with the established procedures and Good Documentation Practices

Job Requirements:

· Degree in engineering discipline.

· At least 3-year experience in quality control of consumer product manufacturing.

· Have working experience as supplier quality inspector, process quality control, customer quality interfacing.

· Extroverted, honest, diligent and responsible, good communication skills
(Solid knowledge as a quality inspector in manufacturing industries)

· Demonstrated ability and experience using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other precision measurement equipment

· Reads and understands engineering drawings and production procedures

· Able to work under pressure

· Able to work autonomously

· Analyze problems in a systematic way to work out best solutions
· Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (if possible Cantonese)
