岗位职责:
1、负责接听电话，解决客户咨询需求、投诉等；
2、负责处理客户咨询，及时记录客户相关信息；
3、实时记录各类问题，定期递交周报数据；
4、处理部门交办的其他事务。
任职资格:
1、中专/高中以上学历，20-35岁；
2、有较强的人际交往及客户维系关系的能力；
3、有较强的沟通协调能力，工作踏实，责任感强；
4、熟练使用OFFICE/EXCEL等办公软件。

Shenzhen Reako Technology Company Limited was established in 2012 and staffed with 800 skilled employees, is mainly engaged in the research, production and sales of digital audio-video products. The main product lines we owned range from series digital TV Set top box including DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C receiver, ATSC HD converter, ISDB-T receiver, Android receiver to Hybrid Combo, such as Android+DVB-T2, Android+DVB-S2 etc.
