Senior Digital Design Engineer

You are required to

1. Initiate a project, and define spec and memory modules;

2. Lead a team to meet the targets of IC development, testing and mass production; 

    take charge in RTL design, function validation and performance optimization; 

    coordinate with  our back-end teams to ensure synthesis, STA, DFT, LEC that can meet the needs of tape-out;

3. Take charge in IC design projects, ensure satisfactory results, and take on specific tasks as requested;

4. Organize team members to discuss and tackle problems in key areas or in urgent needs.

A successful candidate for this position should have

1. Master degree or above in electronics, telecommunications, computer, semiconductor physics or microelectronics;

2. 6-year working experience or above in SOC memory design and preferable experience in team management;

3. Profound knowledge of digital memory design, the whole process of IC design, and good skills in using tools such as DC, PT, NC-Sim for front-end design;

4. Profound knowledge of RTL design, timing concept, timing constraints and requirements for IC design, and programming languages such as Verilog, System Verilog, tcl/ shell;

5. Good skill in SOC design including MCU/ DSP and experience in tape-out;

6. Good knowledge of mixed signal simulation, and preferable ability to read circuit diagrams;

7. Good ability to handle pressure, communicate, coordinate and work with your co-workers;

8. Preferable experience in memory IP/ product design and application.
