1、大专学历，计算机、自动化、电子类相关专业；

2、有1年以上安防类或汽车电子类摄像头设计经验，对图像传感器芯片方案）有深刻的了解和应用；

3、熟悉摄像头的光电知识，光学成像原理，精通摄像头选型，包括镜头组，传感器；

4、熟悉使用图像调试工具，对色彩、低照、白平衡等参数进行校正；

5、熟悉使用AD/PADS/Candance中的任意一种设计工具，能独立完成原理图与PCB设计；

6、具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题的能力；

7、对熟悉车载产品开发流程；

8、对图像视频技术（模拟视频技术、数字视频技术）有深刻的认识和研究，有安防摄像头，车载摄像头视频技术知识者优先录用。
