您的主要工作是作为软件开发团队的软件工程师。当客户在现场使用公司的机器人遇到问题时，您也需要为客户提供技术支持。您还可能被要求前往客户所在地，与我们的实施团队一起协助客户部署我们的机器人系统。

    

岗位职责：

•  根据需求开发Java应用程序
• 调查应用程序或硬件的问题，诊断问题的根本原因，识别已知错误；

• 确保达到《技术支持规范》要求，满足所有服务级别协议（SLA）；

        

岗位要求：

• 5年以上的软件开发经验（主要是Java）
• 技术经验（以下任何一项）：

          o    Core Java，JavaScript，Servlet

          o    Spring Boot，Spring MVC

          o    CI / CD（Maven / Jenkins），Zookeeper，Apache Tomcat，

• 不同操作系统的经验

          o   Linux（命令行，SSH）

          o   Windows配置和故障排除

• 开发SQL查询的经验
• 良好的英语阅读和写作能力
• 愿意改变工作时间以适应提供技术支持的要求
• 代码整洁、文档齐全；

具备以下条件将优先录用：

• 仓库管理系统（WMS）经验
• 优秀的英语口语能力
• 机器人系统或ROS开发经验
• Python脚本的经验

Java – FAE Job Description

Primary role will be as a java engineer in the software development teams.  Second you will provide level 1 technical support to customers when they encounter issues using our robots in the field.  You may also travel to the customer site to join the implementation teams deploying our robotic systems.

    

Responsibilities

• Develop java applications according to requirements with clean, well-documented code;
• Investigate problems with software applications or hardware, diagnose root causes, identify known errors;
• Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support specifications;

  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience software development experience (Java primarily)
• Technical Experience (any of the following):

          Core Java, JavaScript, Servlets

          Spring Boot, Spring MVC

          CI/CD (e.g Maven/Jenkins), Zookeeper, Apache  Tomcat,

• Experience with different OS
• Linux (command line, SSH
• Windows configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience developing SQL queries. 
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Flexibility to shift working time to cover support schedule

Nice to Have

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong English-speaking skills
• Experience developing robotics systems or ROS
• Experience writing Python scripts
