• Responsible for provide monitoring and supervisory function at factory and field QA level, to drive the new process and tasks performed by field QA and factory management.
• To work closely with fit techn, fabric/yarn specialist and merchandiser to provide professional technical service and technical support to vendor.

1. Provide clear and on time of company goal, requirement to the field QA and factory. Demonstration and monitoring on their performance and report to the QA Manager regularly.
2. Set clear expectation of products per brand by alignment from GIS Tech, PI and CM team.
3. Participate in training up both QA field and factory for new tasks and initiatives.
4. Preparation and presentation on product specific training on site or seminars.
5. Analysis QA and factory performance reports for monitoring and perform corrections actions when needed.
6. Maximize factory productivity and upgrade product quality for handling various styling types and brands by process validation and correction action plans per factory location.
7. Provide advise for vendor latest capacity, production lead time, issues and product quality level
8. Fully understand sweater technique(yarn/guage/washing....)and key QA checking points for quality assurance.
9. Fully understand sweater production process and problem solving supporting to vendor and team.
   

• Good written & reading English
• Basic computer skill such as Word, Excel and etc.
• Strong technical skill in Sweater
• Strong process skill
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skill
• Positive and can do attitude, highly motivated and self discipline person
• Energetic and willing to learn and face changes
• Willingly to travel 5 days per week and work overtime in peak seasons

• University graduate and major in textile / garment industry

• 5 years relative QM job in sweater field
