职位描述

Position Description:
Align with GEO even with GEO executives for full year, quarterly goal & aspiration/initiatives
(the goal needs to be consistent with SMB segment goal) Drive GEO’s business Drive CA, revenue, BMC GP margin, non BMC, GP$ toward budget & aspiration plan.
Find out reason in detail and drive the business back to goal by working with GEOs (PM, sales team, 4P, finance, GSC on GEO side) & drive the action close on backend side.
Own GEO portfolio
As the PO, you are responsible for certain GEO. You needs to give the input to PM, portfolio manager about product request, which product should be the right offering in your responsible GEO and why.
Product communication with GEOs and feedback to PM before kick off, concept/plan exit.
Support GEO daily business & request
Work with cross function teams to support GEOs daily request about product, price, cost, promotion, channel, to close on time per GEO & business request Own the PCR that is about GEO request Conduct the GEO tailored deliverables, including sales disclosure, product analysis, competition analysis, market analysis.
Market/customer insight
Market share(Lenovo, HP, Dell, Fujitsu) quarterly analysis Sell out/through data analysis by key country in each month.
Competition model analysis in each quarter.
Market trends(including market size forecast, price band, form factor mix) Lenovo internal finance & operation data analysis, e.g. AUR, margin, product mix, key component mix trends in each quarter.
Deep dive with GEOs for business in each quarter

Drive campaign execution
Work with campaign manager/GEOs to align the campaign target, cadence and program Work with GEO for campaign execution Adjust campaign program during execution toward goal Drive key countries business growth Set up and align key countries’ growth target & plan Work with function teams & GEO for plan execution Search resource to support growth plan execution Drive e-tail & MM market growth Set up & align growth target & plan with GEOs Work with function teams & GEO for plan execution Search resource to support growth plan execution Own Meetings Set up weekly ops call with each GEO, key countries (contents including portfolio, product, competition model, I&E, supply/demand, liabilities, funding, campaign program/execution, growth opportunities, channel inventory, sell through, market insight) & prepare the deck every week, present on the call Bi-weekly ops call at ED level & prepare the deck, present on the call Set up quarterly VP/SVP interlock, and prepare the deck, present on the call.
Prepare the VP level QBR in each GEO


- Drive campaign execution

- Product management/Business Management or Business development experience
- Proficiency with Excel analysis and PowerPoint
- Willingness to have night calls due to time zone differences
- Team player and patience with tedious details to smoothen E2E business
- A quick leaner who can adopt to the new environment and built relationship independently & get involved quickly
