1、根据班长的转线计划，提前做好产前准备工作，如物料、锡膏，钢网等；

2、根据班长的安排，做好PCB印刷及印刷后的检查工作；

3、严格执行锡膏储存、使用管制流程；

4、严格执行钢网清洗规范；

5、生产过程中负责机器上料、换料、对料,填写换料记录表，通知IPQC对上料、换料进行确认；

6、生产首件的确认，是否有漏贴、反向等，填写首件送检单通知IPQC对首件再次确认；

7、首件由IPQC确认后，过炉前必须确认炉温是否为该产品的炉温，并确认炉温是否正常；

8、班后做好设备日常保养工作、清洁卫生、散料查找，并做好相关报表；

9、完成领导安排的其他任务。

任职要求

1、男女不限，年龄20-35岁，初中或以上学历，身体健康；

2、有一年以上SMT操作经验；

3、熟悉所有贴片电子材料，会简单的三星sm系列贴片机日常保养；

4、严格执行产品质量标准工艺规程。

5、严格遵循生产工艺文件、安全、设备操作规程不违章操作吃苦耐劳，有责任心，有上进心，适应白夜班，服从领导安排.
