职位描述
To manage all areas in a supporting role within ALDO Montreal design, Dong Guan, Product Development and suppliers to make sure all information is distributed.
Key Responsibilities
· Sample Development
o Receive new Sample Request from Montreal design team (same time as supplier) and clarify details with Montreal designers and suppliers.
o Prepare and update line sheets weekly.
o Issue new material/component/accessory purchase order to material chaser. (The material chaser can be based on purchase order and Simple Request to push supplier source/develop new material/ component/ accessory ASAP).
· Administration
o Keep product development sample pictures in file.
o Keep finished Sample Requests in files for future reference.
o Make sure all suppliers provide weekly sample development control sheet to Dong Guan product development team on time.
o Prepare each supplier monthly sample making quantity by pattern. Also, prepare new development outsole/heel molds by each supplier.
o Maintenance of PD equipments in good condition: copy machine, printer, camera, etc.
· Coordinate confirmation sample
o Provide product development Sample request and sample latest information to pre- production team.
Coordinate with product development material chaser to provide material/component/accessory swatch/reference to pre-production team.
