Job Title:

AP Accountant

Reports To:
Accounting Supervisor / AP Team leader

Role Purpose:
To be responsible for AP function (BJ Wholesale T&E & office ), and make accurate bookkeeping so as to provide a correct base for financial reporting.

Key Activities:
Perform the expense compliance check according to company procurement and T&E policy.
Prepare AP voucher and arrange payment accurately & efficiently
Follow up & resolve open payment issues.
Reconcile the AP balance with suppliers & employees.
Conduct T&E, office accrual and analysis at mont-end, ensure an accurate basis for monthly closing & forecast & budget preparation.
In charge of cash advance analysis for responsible function, push its clearance based on company policy, reconcile the balance with employee (twice a year); ensure a reasonable Balance Sheet exposure.
Assist reporting team in periodical & annual closing; produce the relevant financial analysis reports (AN forms, etc.)
Review & update SOP for responsible function.
Offer T&E reimbursement guideline presentation to new staff
Handle the ad hoc jobs assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Industry / domain:
Luxury, consulting, brand distribution or retailing

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
1+ related working experience, preferably with MNC
MS Office applications experience
Good verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English

Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent;
Governmental Account Qualification (会计上岗证)

JDE knowledge is preferred
