1、协助部门经理进行集团经营需求的服务和监管；

2、协助部门经理完成集团业务的商务管理工作（招投标文件处理、数据搜集、事务协调等）；

3、协助部门完成各项事务的数据处理、异常协调等；

4、协助完成上级批件、公司领导批件及各会议议定事项的协调、跟进、催办、监督和建议；

5、协助制定并完善集团及各事业部的制度、流程、规范以及内控机制；

6、日常行政工作的处理及领导交待的其他工作。

任职资格

1、具有较强文字功底，擅长撰写规章制度、会议纪要、发言稿、活动简讯等，熟悉office办公软件，2年以上高级文员（综合秘书、助理等）工作经验；

2、积极上进，责任心强，适应能力强，具有较好的判断理解、沟通协调、组织能力、分析能力和计划执行能力，有活动组织经历优先，有方案策划经验优先，有行政人事管理相关经验优先，有项目（工程、地产、装饰等）从业经验优先；

3.形象好气质佳，有亲和力、懂商务礼仪，为人正直、有担当，身高158cm以上，有良好的职业修养。
