1.根据相关操作指导书与工艺文件与相关流程，对SMT现场操作员、技术员进行业管理，通过对生产现场严格的工艺管制、生产流程的优化、线平衡的优化，提高产品品质和工作效率

2.指导技术员处理一般现场问题，对技术员的处理结果进行审核

3.巡查各线设备的抛料情况，及时督促技术员处理

4.巡查各线产品的品质状况，督促技术员及时处理

5.根据每天的品质状况 、生产效率和抛料情况对设备状态进行综合分析

6.及时维修抛料异常飞达，以及引起品质问题的飞达

7有JUKI机型（2050-2080系列、FX-1/FX-3等)及松下系列(cm212d等）机型2年以上操作及维修保养经验

8.SMT生产工艺的管控、优化、和标准化的制定 。
