Experienced in the knowledge of PCB process and quality control

Well know the PCB failure module and experienced for the rout cause analysis

Well know the quality tool such as, 8D, 5why, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA etc.

Capable to initiate, finish the 8D report and follow the efficiency check

Good English skill in both writing and speaking

Major task:

claim escalations

Work together with supplier to find root cause and follow up corrective action.   

Line audit to verify all actions.

Monitor and control implementation of supplier commitments to sCML and customer requests

Coordination among SQA, TED and ENG, CQA, and other related departments.

• Superior analytical and problem solving skills to access and manage complex situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels.
• Good counseling skills and the ability to influence business partners in critical situations to obtain consensus.
• Strong organizing and prioritizing, accurate and efficinet with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

B. Education&Working Experience:

• University degree in Technical- or Quality Management.
• Minumum 2-3 years of wokring experience in Quality Assurance of PCB production.
